Return Policy
Non-EU Customers: All sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns with the exception of denim returns which are all subject to our policies outlined below.
Denim Returns:
All denim items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in new condition with tags attached and with no signs of wear. For all denim returns there is a flat rate shipping fee of $10 and a $5 restocking fee, for a total return fee of $15. All shipping fees and Checkout+ fees are non-refundable. If you return a denim item that is in new condition and eligible for return, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only to your original payment method, minus the $15 return fee. You will not be refunded for the cost of shipping or the cost of Checkout+. We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size you will have to make a separate purchase. If we receive a denim item for return that is not in new condition, is missing tags, or is otherwise deemed to be ineligible due to the condition of the item, then the customer will have to pay the additional shipping to have it shipped back to them, or will forfeit the item and not receive a refund.
International Denim Returns: International denim returns are subject to the same policies outlined above with the exception of the return shipping flat rate. International customers wishing to make a denim return will need to purchase their own shipping to send the return back to us. International returns should be sent to:

International customers must contact us using the contact for on our website and provide their order number, specify the items they wish to return, and give us the tracking number of their return shipping label. International returns are still subject to the $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from the return amount when it is refunded if the item is determined to be eligible for return.

Truth or Dare has partnered with Onward to provide shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages, as well as a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Shipping Assurance: Get covered for theft, loss, damage, or unexpected shipping issues. Lost items need to filed within 45 days from the last carrier update.
Quality Guarantee: If your item rips, tears, or has a defect during normal use within the first 30 days, Onward's got you covered with a hassle-free replacement or refund once the item has been returned.
Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.
How does Onward work?
If you add Onward to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will typically be reviewed for approval within a day provided that we have received all the requested information.

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw: Use the "Withdraw from order" option on your order status page, or contact us through our contact form with your name and order number. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your request.
Withdrawal before shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Withdrawal after delivery: Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds: We will refund the purchase price plus original shipping at our standard rate (express or upgraded shipping is refunded only up to the standard rate). Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return shipment, to your original payment method.
Condition of returned items: Items returned with signs of wear, removed tags, washing, or damage beyond normal inspection may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
