What is Onward Checkout+ Protection?

Truth or Dare has partnered with Onward to provide shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages, as well as a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping Assurance: Get covered for theft, loss, damage, or unexpected shipping issues. Lost items need to filed within 45 days from the last carrier update.

Quality Guarantee: If your item rips, tears, or has a defect during normal use within the first 30 days, Onward's got you covered with a hassle-free replacement or refund once the item has been returned.

Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.

How does Onward work?

If you add Onward to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will typically be reviewed for approval within a day provided that we have received all the requested information.

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw: Use the "Withdraw from order" option on your order status page, or contact us through our contact form with your name and order number. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your request.

Withdrawal before shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Withdrawal after delivery: Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds: We will refund the purchase price plus original shipping at our standard rate (express or upgraded shipping is refunded only up to the standard rate). Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return shipment, to your original payment method.

Condition of returned items: Items returned with signs of wear, removed tags, washing, or damage beyond normal inspection may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
