What is Onward Checkout+ Protection?
Truth or Dare has partnered with Onward to provide shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages, as well as a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Shipping Assurance: Get covered for theft, loss, damage, or unexpected shipping issues. Lost items need to filed within 45 days from the last carrier update.
Quality Guarantee: If your item rips, tears, or has a defect during normal use within the first 30 days, Onward's got you covered with a hassle-free replacement or refund once the item has been returned.
Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.
How does Onward work?
If you add Onward to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will typically be reviewed for approval within a day provided that we have received all the requested information.

How do I file a claim for my package/ order?
You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.
How can I remove Onward from my order?
At checkout, simply hit "Continue without Checkout+" and it will not be applied to your order. If you would like to remove Onward from your order after it has been place but before it has been shipped, please contact us.
Please keep in mind that by removing Onward from your order, you will be waiving the ability to file a claim should your package be missing or have quality issues.
I Chose to not pay for Onward, is my package still protected?
At this time, we are not able to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages or quality issues if Onward was not added to an order. If you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us.
